Season: Mid of June to Mid of September Travel itinerary: Bishkek - National Nature Park "Ala-Archa" - Bishkek Description: Bishkek is the capital of Kyrgyzstan situated at the foot of snow white Ala-Too mountains. Ala-Archa is the Kyrgyz national Nature Park. Ala-Archa canyon is a very grand, rugged but accessible gorge south 45 km of Bishkek. It is possible sit by a waterfall all day, hike to glacier (and ski on it, even in summer).
Day 1.
Transfer from Bishkek to National Nature Park "Ala-Archa" (45 km from Bishkek). Trekking up till "Ratzek Hut" (trek time 4-6 h). Trekking down to "Alplager" (3-4 h). Transfer to Bishkek (45 km from Bishkek).
Level of difficulty: This tour is recommended for people with hiking experience.
Conditions: It is necessary to bring a warm clothes and trekking boots.
